					<description>Dear Jose,

Yes, I am based in the Philippines - in Quezon City. How about you? I would certainly like to know more about the "Dancing Wounded _ Contemporary Dance Commune" - in fact, my partner would be very interested in your group as well. He said that he had some work (electronic sound) many years ago that were of interest to a ballet-theatre group in Slovenia. Somebody from Mindanao also asked for one of my electronic soundworks for a dance performance at the Tuna Festival. It might be an interesting experiment to try to explore the intersection of these fields of dance/performace and electronic sound/art - at a more interactive/"dialogic" level.

Do you have some information on-line about "Dancing Wounded _ Contemporary Dance Commune"? I'm interested in knowing the philosophy of the group. Actually, if you are in Manila, I'd like to invite you to a forum/exhibition at the Metropolitan Museum this coming Thursday, March 9, at 2PM. The forum will be about "digital art" which we will look at through various traditions - not only the tradition of visual art or fine art - but also through the computer programmers traditions and the socio-political/activists traditions.

Keep in touch!

<description>Hi! I am a choreographer and contemporary dancer who with a few others started a small group called Dancing Wounded - Contemporary Dance Commune.

I have been reading some of your articles and I have been impressed though I must say that I dont think I completely understand everything.

our group is recently concerned about crossing over to other spaces - art shops/art spaces as a way of expanding audience and possibilities of crossing borders in dance performance and have realized that crossing over is not only crossing spaces but also understanding psyche or attitude of other people who own the space we collaborate with.

I read your lecture about space expecting that I may get some clues as to discover a way to structurally program or create a path to guide us in future activities. The notion of the "pulso" was a potential insight and i'd like to know more about it and I guess also about you.

Just like you, I have been questioning my education as an artist. Are you based in the Philippines? Would you care to see some of our works?

will wait for your reply

<description>[...] In the introductory (press release) notes written before our joint &#8220;Space&#8221; lecture (http://www.korakora.org/wordpress/?p=28) and (http://www.tebatt.net/SAT/Space-Lecture/Space.html), Fatima and I made the statement that: &#8220;While the cognitive/linguistic term &#8220;articulation&#8221; relates to the concept of movement in space, the concept of &#8220;perspective&#8221; is related to a more static view of space.&#8221; [...]</description>
