Blessings

It definitely wasn’t a good feeling, this weekend. I suspect it was triggered by the lull after having finished the Fuzzy Logic essay which was pending until I finished an earlier writing commitment. There was a lull because I had been waiting for the museum to email some images that could still be included in the essay (which are arriving today). I guess that somewhat makes me a “workaholic.”

However, I don’t work in any regular office hour format and I don’t have the pressures of running a business. Essentially, I could say that my work is my life (and vice versa), so I guess I’m not a “workaholic” after all, but a “lifeaholic.” ;)

Whatever it’s called, this weekend’s was probably just tiredness. Also, possibly a number of pet peeves which my friend Ferdi seem to be pretty good at enumerating without having to go into “road rage.” Until I acquire Ferdi’s infinite state of grace I think I should settle for an enumeration of blessings so as not to push the entire week into a meltdown.

Finishing comments on the ICT roadmap is a blessing for the day. Okay, that sounds more like work but not really. I enjoyed writing it so it’s a blessing. Getting some 20 videos to review was also a blessing (okay that sounds like work too but not really). I had a wonderful time viewing the video works and writing about them.

I also discovered this morning how exquisite simple fried rice could be with saffron in it. :)
