Fats, Vitamins and Minerals

This is a screenshot from a Chinese cooking prgram that I’ve known for years and years! It’s all in Chinese so I can’t understand anything but this woman chef is absolutely amazing, I love her! I’ve seen her on Sunday morning Chinese programming (this time on RPN9, and this starts around 9AM) since I was small and have always been amazed by her very fast creative cooking techniques. I also love that background signage which has been like that for as long as I can remember! The background music is also unforgettable - it’s this electronic “casiotone” type of music! It’s all just so lovely! Oh, by the way, I do remember seeing her program also in Taiwan!
