Fats, Vitamins and Minerals

While inspecting the plants around 10AM today, I saw this little cricket! (Photo below) This must be one of those little noise-makers at dusk. In the city, there are still lots of cricket sounds, as well as lots of little frog sounds during the rainy season in some areas. In our place, we used to have lots of rather loud frog sounds but not so anymore. Huge frogs also used to come into the house.

Anyway, I will be missing Alwin terribly because he’ll be going to Malaysia for holiday with his parents, although his dad is actually there for several days work seminar. I kept teasing him that Edward was going to miss him! Of course that means I’m going to miss him!

Besides the cricket, a nice development for the day is that Gemma’s rambutan seeds have started to sprout. I also have another sprouting from the fragrant red night flower seeds. I will need to replant them all to the ground one day because they can grow rather very quickly. Also, my mom’s orchids are blooming even more beautifully now. It’s a wonderful season, it must be spring.
