To that horrible ASEF woman from Singapore for reminding me of her arrogant behavior towards me.
To that dubious woman in Makati who always saw me as less than anything I say and keeps insisting that she is my friend.
To that horrible man who pushed me to this emotional breakdown by constantly invalidating things that I wanted to share with him, and constantly imposing his evaluation about things I wanted to share with him - these seem to be his ideas of a nurturing relationship.

Extremely low at the moment, have not been able to sleep all night and so now close to physical breakdown again. How very fragile this balance. I tried writing and reading and working in the garden this morning, which was good but still… surely I can last out until dinner or bedtime.
