Fats, Vitamins and Minerals

Typhoon Queenie has picked up speed to 120kph. Landfall (northern Aurora) is expected tomorrow morning. Everyone in the area has been alerted - it could be another disaster.

I’m beginning to introspect for my presentation next week in GenSan. I suppose I will be speaking about experiences which have led to my articulation of “diwa” and new personal projects that I hope to undertake soon. Apart from these, I really look forward to being in GenSan, to experience the place and the people there, see what the new experiences might lead to - perhaps even a decision to live there.

I’m also beginning to introspect for my presentation at the symposium in Brisbane next month. It would be a completely different audience, environment, context. I suppose coming from GenSan, my position in Brisbane could be rather different from what it is now.

Life is full of surprises.
