60 Days of L.O.R.D.
Posted by: Fats in: Goat4Sale Pinoy Diary > Maala-ala mo kayaThis is an account of L.O.R.D. happenings at The Digiteer BBS (1997-2000). Art & story by Fats Lasay, 1998.

I remember seeing VenoM clad in the dirtiest thief’s garb ever, brandishing a frightening weapon, killing anyone who got in the way - be they women, children or dogs.”
Several days ago I had bested Turgon, the greatest warrior in the realm. I strolled the grounds and watched as lesser warriors bow low. Turgon’s last words were that I find and kill the Dragon, yet to this day my duels in the Forest have all been innards - mine - drying on the moss.
But through this journey, there had been interesting revelations: O2 Cool is H.O.T., Dark Soul is Saint of Killers and Blah is VenoM. The ceremony of self-unmasking as their experience mounts seems a tradition among the seasoned warriors, with the exception of one - LEGEND - who coverts as RANMA if only to add sensation to the arrival of his bethroted AKANE.

… My name is Zigzaggery…
To date, H.O.T.’s 1,079,857,806 experience tops RANMA, Joshi and myself. But as H.O.T. remains at the seventh level while RANMA and Joshi sit at the tenth, he has the option to slaughter them both with a power move - though it seems he does not need it - I saw him wielding a Death Sword and his body covered by an incredible armor.
…”He can drink a river of blood and not burst”… …”He can swallow a desert and never thirst”…

AKANE (aka Alanis) bethroted to RANMA (aka Legend)
I had once overheard RANMA at the Bar wishing for more money, waiting for magic to happen somewhere. Until that happens and for as long as “Long Live Legend”, H.O.T. will continue to make bloody little sand castles on his belly.
It is refreshng to see Silver Blood, Blue Silver’s prodigal son, fight his way to the sixth level. I never catch him in action, but his quick gain of experience tells he has inherited the skills of his father.

The precocious EnsoniQ; boyish looks mask his appetite for killing.
And talk once again about magic, that would be all that is needed to unleash the killing sprees of EnsoniQ and VenoM. What a merciless pair. I remember seeing VenoM clad in the dirtiest thief’s garb ever but brandishing a frightening weapon, killing anyone who got in the way - be they women, children or dogs. Everyday, that be all that they do, slaughter the innocents in the fields, bribing the sloppy tender at the tavern and drawing the blood of their enemies in their sleep. No one has the leisure to slay me, though - several of my parts are always in the Dragon’s belly. But I have two children who can make me smile.
…”The Gods have powers, the Gods are just”…
…”The Gods help us people, when they must”…
…”Gods can heal the sick, even the cancered”…
…”Pray to the Gods, and you will be answered”…
So it was god who first struck down the Dragon several weeks ago. He was then a Death Knight, but had converted to thievery the night he slew the beast. There at the bar he was praised for his good deed, but had not stayed long after a woman spotted a ring - predatory - on his finger. What an honorable thief… and ‘god is good’ he scribbles patiently in the dirt. I still receive divine invitations to his inn - perhaps one of my children, Rune Kleit Volrath, is his; Rune has the color of his eyes - pink. My next child would have brown eyes - Joshi’s.

santissima! great balls of dragon firebreath! this brought back a lot of fun memories of the bbs days. I played this game and loved it kahit na laging kulelat ang character kong si Masket… never took off…never even had kahit 15 minutes of fame. hahahahahaha but it was fun… i wish i gotten more serious about building up my character and been part of the almighties …. some where nice tho, outside of their bloodthirsty merciless persona… some very kindly gave me money and leftover weapons which were powerful nevertheless ;-p …i didnt have to beg….i just let them know who i am ;-p
